When you click the Cancel button on your account page, the following happens automatically:
1. Your subscription is cancelled
Billing stops immediately. You will not be charged again.
2. The app is removed from your HubSpot portal
The integration is automatically disconnected from your HubSpot account. It will no longer appear under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps in HubSpot.
3. Data syncing stops
No new orders, contacts, abandoned carts, or products will be sent from your Magento store to HubSpot from this point forward.
4. Your existing HubSpot data is kept
All contacts, deals, and records that were previously synced to HubSpot remain in your HubSpot account. Cancelling the integration does not delete any data from HubSpot.
