1. Choose the Sync Frequency - this determines how often site data will be pulled from Magento and sent to the HubSpot API.
  2. Choose the Abandoned Cart Age - how much time after the cart was created will it be considered abandoned?
  3. Categorize your contacts based on the lifecycle stage they are at in your marketing and sales processes. Learn more about How to Use Lifecycle stages.
  4. Enable the "Newsletter Subscribers" option if you need to synchronize Magento newsletter subscriber data into HubSpot.
  5. Enable the option "Multistore" option if you have multiple stores in Magento and you want each store's data in the same HubSpot portal.


6. Enable  "Orders to Deals" sync process and set the Ecommerce Deal Stage to import Magento Abandoned Carts into HubSpot as Deals. Learn more about Deals.


7. Enable an "Abandoned carts to Deals" sync process and set the Ecommerce Deal Stage to import Magento Abandoned Carts into HubSpot as Deals.


8. Enable a "Products to Deals" sync process. Products associated with Deals will be created in the HubSpot product library. Learn more about the Products.



9. Assign CRM object records (contacts, deals, etc.) to the specific person. If you use workflows to assign owners, leave the "No Owners" option. Learn more about Setting an Owner.



10. Exclude these fields, if you created custom "Country" and/or "State" fields in your HubSpot account or if the "Country" or "State" fields in HubSpot are dropdown menus. Magento's Country and State options do not align with HubSpot's Country and State options perfectly.
