Creating an Abandoned Cart Workflow with the power of the HubSpot Integration is as easy as 1-2-3!


These steps are valid for customers that started their integration account after 7/14/20.


1.  Automation -> Workflows



2. Click the button "Create workflow" and choose type "Start from scratch"



3. Create the "Contact-based" Workflow using the "Contact properties"  filter type and the "Magento Last Abandoned Cart Summary: Created At" property. Set this property to "is less than N days ago".




4. Add an email! be sure to use the Quote Tokens from the Connector to customize the email!



TIPS:

  • Use Personalization Tokens in the email to personalize the content
  • Add a time delay after the Enrollment, 1-24 hrs, depending on when you want to tempt the customer back to make the purchase
  • Add a second follow up email after a delay and Last Order check
  • Add an If/Then to create a Static List as a quick reference to Abandoned Cart Conversions (After the email, add a delay, and then check if "Newest Order Date" is Less Than 1 days ago)
